I had an outstanding experience with customer service at Planet of the Vapes thanks to Moe. From the start, he was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and helped me choose exactly what I needed without any pressure. What really stood out was how responsive and attentive he was—he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and helpful. Moe went above and beyond, and it definitely made a lasting impression.

Ryan was very helpful and patient. Told us everything there is to know about the product we were looking into. This guy deserves a raise or he needs to run his own store. If there was more than 5 stars to give he would have them all.
